Living Waters Church was started in 1996 by Pastor Bill McCoy. Living Waters Church is a small, but God fearing church established to lead people to Christ in Muncie as well as the world.
Pastor Bill is currently in the ministry full time with his wife Dorothy.
Born William Ralph McCoy Dec. 24, 1935 in Glasgow, Ky., his family moved to Muncie, Ind. within a year of his birth.
Pastor Bill was ordained a minister by Pastor James Helton of The Full Gospel Temple on Nov. 6, 1979 and preached at Nursing Homes until starting Living Waters Church in 1996.
Pastor Bill and his wife, Dorothy, resides on Rosewood Ave. in Muncie.
