If you know Jesus, then you will know the father, because Jesus only
done what he saw God do before.

We are sons of God through Jesus.
Read John 1:12
Whoever receives Jesus, God will give us the power to become
the sons of God.
Read 1 John 2:1
When we sin, we have an advocate with the father through
Jesus.
Read Ephesians 2:18
Through Jesus we have access to the father.
